Thank you for visiting my page. I am happy to be participating in this worthy fundraising cause to help raise awareness and money for the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society. I have always been an animal lover and grew up with pets my whole life (Genny Bear, Opie, BJ, Midnight, and Bryce).
A little over a year ago Nick and I adopted a black cat named Camper from the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society. He looked grumpy in his picture online but as soon as we went to visit him he came right over and couldn't get enough head scratches. At that moment we knew this was the guy for us. He adjusted to living with us in no time and was curled up on my lap by the end of his first night with us.
He is spoiled to say the least, but he deserves this new chapter in his life with us. He was rescued by the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society from a cat hoarding situation and was found in a camper, hence his name Camper. We are so lucky to have found him and to be able to provide him with a forever home and lots of love. Camper enjoys watching birds out the window, cuddling, meowing, playing with his catnip toys, taking cat naps, laying in the sun, and taking trips to his vacation home on Schroon Lake. He is one happy Camper!
